, Gooeyun, provides a set of social media management tools that can be accessed through our website and mobile application. These tools allow you to integrate all your social media accounts together for easy access and management through a single tool. Through this tool, you can manage your social media, marketing campaigns; interact with the audience; scheduling and publishing messages; and analyze the results of these activities. We refer to these tools collectively as the "Services". One

Any collection, use, and management of personal information by social networks (including Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn) (collectively, "Social Networks") is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms. When using social networks, you are required to comply with their privacy policies and terms; We recommend that you read their privacy policies and terms carefully, as Gooeyun is not responsible for the collection of relevant information used to generate social networks. 6. What international data transfers does Gooeyun make?

Gooeyun also uses third-party service providers to provide software, networks, infrastructure, and other services necessary to operate the Services.

Essentially, social media data can be shared with people all over the world. Social networks and third-party services that you choose to integrate with our Services may collect, store, and process your information from around the world in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. How do we protect your information?
Gooeyun maintains industry-standard security safeguards to protect your information. This includes ensuring that our employees receive appropriate security and privacy training and guidance so that they understand the measures required to protect your information.

You can use access control to restrict access to information to the people who need it to do their job. For example, information about you may be provided to our customer support specialists to help you resolve your request. Individuals who are permitted to process your information must comply with confidentiality obligations.

We will encrypt data where appropriate to ensure that your information is kept confidential. We conduct vendor security and privacy audits to ensure that our vendors comply with our strict requirements to protect your information, and we also have data protection agreements in place with our vendors. All payment information is fully encrypted and processed by a PCI certified organization.

8. How long do we keep your information?
In general, Gooeyun does not store content from social networks permanently. Instead, when you log in to the service, we retrieve data from social networks in real time so that it can be displayed in the system for you to view during your session. We store other content generated by you (e.g. draft content posted on social networks) so that you can easily access this material on the Services. Messages in your inbox are stored for 6 weeks so that you can do whatever you want, such as replying to messages. Analytics products, such as Google Analytics, store customer-related mentions in social media audiences for up to 25 months to enable our customers to conduct trend analysis.

Gooeyun uses aggregated data for analysis, product improvement, and troubleshooting. In some cases, even if you or we remove content from our Services, that content may continue to exist on social networks. If you want to remove this content, you will need to contact the relevant social network directly.

We only retain your information (for record-keeping purposes) until the time to provide the services you have requested to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce the Terms of Service.

After we no longer need to retain information about you, we will either process the information in a secure manner or anonymize it.

9. Changes
to this Privacy PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect updates to our Services, applicable law, and other factors. If we make any material changes, we will include a prominent notice on the Site and/or our Services, but we encourage you to review this Policy periodically for updates.

Hootsuite as a data processor

If you use our Services and make decisions about the personal data being processed in the Services (including selecting social network accounts that you wish to connect to the Services, or uploading and using content), you will act as a data controller and Hootsuite acts as a data processor.

As a data controller, the GDPR has certain obligations, including being responsible for managing the content of the Services. As a data processor, Gooeyun will only access and process content in accordance with your instructions (provided through the Services), the Terms of Service, the Social Networking Terms, and applicable laws in order to provide the Services to you. As part of providing the Services, we may process content to further improve the Services, such as enhancing usability and developing new features.

If you, as the data controller, ask gooeyun to agree to the data protection requirements under the GDPR or Article 28 of the UK Data Protection Act, gooeyun will provide a data processing addendum that satisfies these requirements. Please email us your customer details (organisation name and programme information) via our privacy team.

If you use the Service as an authorized user of a Gooeyun customer (whether the customer is your employer, another organization, or an individual), the customer will determine its policies regarding storage, access, modification, deletion, and sharing, if any, as well as the retention of personal information and content, which may apply to your use of the Service. Confirm with the customer the policies and settings they have in place.
